The rooms are clean and well equipped with tea, coffee, toiletries, plates etc. Staff were also welcoming and happy to help when we needed it. There's a food terrace too, although we didn't use this because itnwas monsoon season. The reception area also had a fridge and coffee machine (with actual beans!!!) for you to use which was handy. Overall, very pleasant stay.

I was pleasantly greeted and assisted by Sowmya at the front desk who was warm and hospitable, the best part was that I received a room upgrade, so that made it all the more better. Definitely looking forward to more stays at the property especially because the location is at the prime centre.

Akshay in the front office was so hospitable from check in to check out he holds the property to its name. All the support staffs did their best. This place is the best if you want to be in the centre of the city. Hot water is available for 24 hrs. They have smart tv so u can log in with ur profile. Order food via APP as they don't have kitchen here. The best place for stay if u wanna roam around the city. Do not miss their terrace view in the 6th floor. 24 hrs coffee in the machine n u have a kiosk for snacks too.. The place is absolutely worth the money n super cozy

I was thrilled to return for my second stay, and it was a pleasure to once again encounter the exceptional concierge, Akshay. Additionally, I had the pleasure of meeting Karthik, who provided invaluable assistance with ensuring a stable internet connection throughout the night. The hotel's central location proved to be incredibly convenient, with the Coffee Day lounge and UB City within easy walking distance. Opting for a larger room this time was a wise choice, as the increased space offered a heightened sense of comfort compared to previous visits. I was delighted to discover that the hotel had recently added a refrigerator at the reception, which proved to be incredibly useful for storing my medications and personal belongings.

First of all, Mr Akshay the property manager is a great man, who helps customers in any way he can, and makes sure everything with the stay is perfect! He is very knowledgeable, kind, and interesting to chat with as well. At night, Mr Karthik also does a commendable job of taking care of guests, and is a friendly person as well! The hotel itself is new, modern, clean, well-equipped, and located ideally for a stay in the city. Rooms have hot showers, cold ac, fast wifi, comfy beds, kettle, Amazon firestick, free coffee and teas, and a vending machine for snacks.
